At Five Mile Flowers, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. Each bouquet is carefully prepared by hand, ensuring it meets our high standards before leaving our farm.
As our products are perishable, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Once flowers have been collected or delivered, they cannot be returned.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. While we are unable to accept returns, we will always do our best to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
